Premier Village Physicians is a membership-based primary care practice operating under the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. For simplicity and transparency, all services we provide are fully included in your monthly membership fee. This encompasses generic labs, common generic medications, basic procedures, osteopathic manipulation, and traditional therapies such as fire cupping.

Our practice is inspired by the roots of medicine, when nearly 40% of doctor visits occurred in the comfort of patients’ homes. In the mid-20th century, care was local, community-centered, and often delivered by physicians traveling on foot or horseback. However, with the rise of urbanization, insurance-driven models, and large group practices, this personal approach gave way to clinics and hospitals. By the 1980s, house calls accounted for less than 1% of patient visits.
